The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN.
The first word that comes to mind is CLEAN. The kitchen part was well supplies with stove refrigerator microwave and sink. There was also pots dishes and silverware which made eating more convenient. The bed was so comfortable ample towels. The elevator was rather small and very slow. All and all it is a wonderful place located near Kalahari and a while lot cheaper without sacrificing quality.

Beautiful but very old hotel which needs a face lift in many areas. It was very peaceful and Mountain View’s are gorgeous. Outdoor pool was very nice with a cabana bar next to it. All the staff was very friendly and pleasant. Many outdoor activities you can do near by. We did the horseback riding which was a lot Of fun. Visited some breweries, little shopping and relaxed by pool. It was nice but For the price of the room I was disappointed in the basics that it lacked.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay.
We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay. They have a nice fitness center and we even took a Yoga class (which was excellent). Staff is wonderful. The setting is very unique. Pool was filthy. Decor outdated. Air conditioner and toilet were not working. The A.C. was fixed hours later. The toilet was temporarily fixed and stopped working again after a few flushes. Not much to do there apart from a spa treatment and the water park at kalahari or Great Wolf Lodge if you're traveling with kids. Not much adult entertainment. The area is too remote and a can become boring after a day.DebieUnited States of America
